The Menu

In a celebration of the sunrise, numerous breakfast types are offered: From string hopper and fish curry fest, The Weligama; dosai centric Jaffna; garlic rice, fish and coconut sambol mix, Fish Monger’s Brekkie; milk rice-based Emerald Isle; rice and chicken entwined Congee; and Ceylon Omelette - to beloved Continental, American, Sausage, Egg, Cereal and Waffle classics - the delights are meant to savour, and dwell in too. Signatures like Mango Fizz and Woody Woody, Fresh Juices, Smoothies, Teas and Coffees invigorate one on wind-swept mornings.

Inspired by the creative spirit of varied appetizer cultures, lunch and dinner fests host Western favourites like Crostini, Caesar Salad, White Onion Tenderloin and warm Minestrone Soup, as well as, Asian charms like Potato and Green Pea Samosa, Indonesian Chicken Satay and Mirissa Prawn and Mango Salad. Roasted Curried Pumpkin Soup with coconut roti croutes and Serendib Chip Pot with coconut sambol mayonnaise unveil new twists on classics.

Spaghetti Bolognese, Marinara Fettuccini, Grilled Ratatouille, Angus Sirloin Steak, Prawn Bisque and Lamb Chops encapsulate sophisticated Mediterranean culinary expressions. Devilled Chicken Fried Rice, Lemon and Seafood Noodles, Green Vegetable Curry and Tenderloin Red Curry revel in aromatic Eastern flavour medleys. Lamb Rogan Josh, Butter Chicken and Aloo Gobhi Adraki transports one to spice-scented streets of India. In a tribute to Sri Lanka’s rich gastronomic heritage, Red and White Rice sit alongside their best mates; Dhal, Jaffna Chicken, Fish and Veggie Curries - whilst Spiced Chicken, Cheese and Egg, Marinated Seafood and Vegetarian Kottu highlight exotic, urban, carb-fest notes. Crème Brûlèe, Curd with Treacle, Tropical Fruits and Ice Cream bring in after-meal-refreshment cheer. Liquours and Cocktails elegantly pair with gourmet food selections.
