Located at Galle Road, Colombo 3 and now branched to the exotic Food Studio at One Galle Face, Twister offers you a gastronomic medley of authentic Turkish and German cuisine.
Scrumptiously crafted by the renowned German chef Huseyin Turin, Middle Eastern culinary offerings sizzle and grill bursting with traditional flavour, signature of their native culinary heritage. Here, the menu is based on a create-your-own dining concept. Choose from the Mains Lavashi, Submarines, Salads and Pilau Rice and a filling of your choice, Chicken Doner, Chicken Sausage, Beef Doner or Veggie. Douse your chosen dish in a select sauce: Garlic or Spicy Mayonnaise, Curry Sauce, Iskender Sauce or Truffle Mayonnaise. A small range of French Fries are available for those who’d opt for starters, Curry and Chilli Fries being the other alternatives. Snacks to kick off with? Generously served up is Hummus with Chicken or Beef as optional sides.
The Twister outlet at Galle Road, Colombo 3 is rather a cosy, intimately spaced out setting, decorated in shades of brick red and brown to reflect the brand’s signature colours. Settle into plush comfort holds for a tryst into the streets of Turkey and Germany, amidst a tranquil ambience. Although the outlet at Food Studio at One Galle Face may not have a designated seating area of its own, all Twister patrons are offered free seating at the Food Studio dine-in area, which is based on a first-come-first-serve basis.
