Located at the elegant edifice of ‘The Kingsbury’ in Colombo 1, ‘The Ocean Seafood Restaurant’ transforms the fresh catch of the oceans into luscious gastronomic delights, drawing inspiration from Sri Lankan, Western and oriental recipes. Delicious appetizers, such as ponzu sauce-kicked Fresh Oysters and lemon wasabi-dressed Fried Prawn Tempura collides into your taste buds. Spicy shrimps pep up the Seafood Laksa whilst the Wild Mushroom Soup rejoices in earthy notes of truffle salsa. The citrus-dressed Lobster and Shrimp Salad and the vinaigrette-drizzled, bleu cheese-sprinkled Cobb Salad unveil a pop of colour and nutrition.

Hailing from Thailand, Pla Yam Mamuang pairs crispy dory fish with young-apple salad whilst Pla Priew Waan serves battered red grouper in a host of fruits and greens. The lobster, prawn and scallop fest, Pasta Al Ferdo jazzed up with marinara cream sauce and the tomato-flanked Famed Sea Bass invoke luscious western culinary notes.
