Coax your taste buds with an appetizer like Asian Spiced Baked Crab or Hot Butter Cuttlefish - or relish the mixed seafood inspired Bouillabaisse Soup.

Buttoning up freshly sourced seafood, fish and meat with homegrown spices and herbs - the main selections partner up Black Pepper Crab, Jaffna Crab Curry, Negombo Clay Pot Prawn Curry, Tangalle Seer Fish Head Curry and Batticaloa Mutton Curry - with carb-fests like Rice and Roast Bread, as well as, exotic Coconut Sambol. From Vanilla Ice Cream, to Curd with Treacle and Watalappan (coconut custard pudding) - desserts cast their sweet spell over the diner.
