Taking place at Sigiriya’s ‘Wild Nature Grass Resort’, is a walkthrough of the local culinary art. ‘Aunty’s Sri Lankan Cooking Class’ fronted by a veteran, takes you through the complete process of sourcing and crafting traditional recipes, passed down through the generations from scratch.

Indulge yourself; from shopping for vegetables, staples and produce from the Dambulla Market to immersing in the different flavours, textures and techniques used in the art of sheer, authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. At this class, you learn the simple yet gastronomic art of rice and curry; the isle’s most loved staple dish. Round it up with flavourful side dishes and of course, dessert.
